Krishna Janmabhoomi dispute: Hearing in the Supreme Court on petitions challenging the High Court order on October 3

Krishna Janmabhoomi Dispute: The Supreme Court has fixed October 3 as the date for hearing the petitions challenging the order of the Allahabad High Court. In this case, all the petitions related to the Krishna Janmabhoomi land dispute of Mathura have been transferred to it from the District Court, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh.

Meanwhile, a hearing is to be held in the High Court on Tuesday in the Sribanke Bihari Temple Corridor case of Vrindavan. The last hearing was held on September 18, in which the High Court had directed the administration to hold reconciliation talks between the parties regarding the dispute. Till now no settlement has been reached between the parties.

Petitioner Madhu Mangal Das has filed a petition in the High Court and protested that the government wants to use the money offered by the temple for the construction of the corridor, which is wrong. Apart from this, the original identity of Vrindavan, the form of Kunj streets, will be harmed due to the construction of the corridor. On the other hand, a petition has been filed by petitioner Anant Sharma in favor of the corridor. The government, Braj Teerth Vikas Parishad and local administration are also in favor of the corridor. Both sides have their own arguments.
