KK Pathak’s new order regarding newly appointed teachers, school allocation will be under CCTV surveillance

Preparations are at its peak for the school allocation of more than one lakh teachers selected from Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC). Preparations are underway to send these teachers to school after Chhath. The posting of teachers will be done through randomization through departmental software. The entire process of randomization and allocation will be done under the surveillance of CCTV cameras. In this regard, Additional Chief Secretary of the Education Department, KK Pathak has issued an order saying that the process of randomization, an important stage of school allocation of newly appointed teachers, should be recorded in CCTV cameras. Along with this, the entire recording should be preserved as evidence. Wherever the process of randomization takes place at the district level, CCTV cameras will be installed.

Randomization will happen three times

In the order issued by Additional Chief Secretary Pathak, it has been said that the process of randomization should be done thrice in each district. The third randomization will be considered final. The third randomization will be considered final and final. Based on this conclusion, school teachers will be posted. This entire process will be overseen by a committee formed under the chairmanship of Director of Secondary Education Kanhaiya Prasad Srivastava.

Director of Primary Education, Additional State Project Director Ravi Shankar Singh, Deputy Director of Primary Education Sanjay Kumar Chaudhary, Deputy Director of Secondary Education Abdus Salam Ansari have been made members of this committee which looks after the process of randomization and posting.

School allocation will be done through software

According to official information, the process of school allotment to all the school teachers selected from Bihar Public Service Commission is to be done through software. Before this, the list of teachers and posts will be uploaded in the software. For the first time in the state, the process of school allocation is being done through software.

There will be posting in rural schools

Let us tell you that more than one lakh 20 thousand teachers were selected through BPSC examination. Of these, after counselling, about one lakh ten thousand teachers were given provisional appointment letters. After which now the process of their posting is going on at a fast pace. These newly appointed school teachers will be posted only in rural schools. For which action is going on on war footing.

Contribution will be collected from teachers by 21st November

The selected teachers will be contributed to the schools between November 11 and November 21. By making contributions at the district level, they will be posted in rural schools. In any case, the exercise of posting school teachers in schools of every district in a phased manner will be completed by 21st November. So that as soon as schools open after Chhath, new teachers can start teaching in schools.

New teachers who have contributed will get their November salary till December 1st.

Those new teachers who contribute in the allotted school in November, will be paid their November salary by December 1st. Additional Chief Secretary KK Pathak has issued orders to all district education officers in this regard. District Education Officers have been instructed to generate on-boarding PRAN number under HRMS for actions related to salary payment. The entire exercise should be completed in a week.
