A complaint has been filed against all three in the CJM court of Muzaffarpur on Thursday. All of them have been held responsible for the death of a girl student due to cold in Bochahan and the fainting of a class 9 student in Gaighat police station area. Advocate Sushil Kumar Singh, resident of Aghoria Bazar, said after filing the complaint that the next hearing will be held in the court on February 3. In the complaint, the advocate has made five witnesses including DM Pranav Kumar.

It has been told in the complaint that the entire Bihar is affected by the outbreak of cold. The record of minimum mercury is being broken for many years. The accused have kept the government school open in such severe cold. Most of the poor children studying in the schools of Bihar do not have the means to wear warm clothes or shoes to cover their bodies.

It was further said in the complaint that out of concern for the lives of children, special guidelines have been issued to open schools and register the attendance of children. Due to which, 14 year old student Mo Qurban, studying in the upgraded Plus Two School located at Ragho Majhauli in Bochahan, died due to cold. At the same time, a class 9 student fainted in Gaighat police station area.

Let us tell you that on Wednesday, a child’s health deteriorated due to cold in Ragho Majhauli, an upgraded secondary school of Ramdas Majhauli Panchayat of Bochahan block of Muzaffarpur. After quickly informing his parents, he was sent to a nursing home, where doctors declared him dead. After this, there was panic in the entire area including the school. Family members said that the child died of cold. The deceased student has been identified as Mo Qurban, 12-year-old son of Mo Islam, resident of Ragho Majhauli. The family took the body to their home without conducting post-mortem.

Apart from this, Sakina Khatoon, a student of ninth class, fainted and fell down during the children’s prayer meeting in Higher Secondary School, Dahila. The teachers hurriedly picked him up and brought him to the principal’s room and the massage was started. When this did not improve, a doctor was called and treatment was given. After some time, the student regained consciousness. After that the family members of the student were called and handed over. School head Md Nazre Alam said that there was an atmosphere of chaos in the school premises after the student fainted due to cold. At the same time, many parents started pressurizing to close the school in winter.
