Apart from the World Car of the Year, KIA EV9 has also won the 2024 World Electric Vehicle Award. The KIA EV9 is a 7-seater electric SUV that will likely be launched in India by the end of 2024. This will be KIA’s first 3-row electric car and will come in the lineup above the EV6 in India.

Design:
The KIA EV9 uses the ‘Opposites United’ design language, giving it a strong and attractive look. It has a massive front grille, LED headlights, and LED taillights. It also has 20-inch alloy wheels.

The KIA EV9 will have two battery pack options: 77.4 kWh and 100.4 kWh. The 77.4 kWh battery pack will provide a range of up to 483 km, while the 100.4 kWh battery pack will provide a range of up to 562 km. It produces 239 kW (324 HP) and 450 Nm of torque. It can accelerate from 0 to 100 km per hour in 5.2 seconds.
