KIA Car Price Hike: KIA India will increase the prices of its vehicles by up to three percent from April 1, 2024. The company announced this on Thursday. Kia said in the statement that this decision has been taken in view of the increase in commodity prices and supply chain related costs.

Kia sells Seltos, Sonet and Karens models. The company has decided to increase the prices of its vehicles for the first time this year. In this regard, Hardeep Singh Brar, Head (Sales and Marketing) of Kia India in India, said that the company is constantly trying to provide premium and technologically advanced products to the customers.

“However, due to continuous rise in commodity prices, unfavorable exchange rates and rising production costs, we are forced to implement partial price hike,” he said. Kia has so far sold 11.6 lakh vehicles in India and foreign markets.

Kia Seltos, Sonet, and Carens:

Sonet is available in 6 variants: HTE, HTK, HTK+, HTX, GTX and GTX+. The price of Sonet starts at Rs 7.99 lakh and goes up to Rs 15.69 lakh. It is available in 11 colours.

  • Kia Carens is a 7-seater MPV available in the Indian market from 2022. It is known for its spacious space, comfortable ride and modern amenities.
