The response given to America and Canada was different
If we look at both the responses given by India, on one hand, India has said that it will take matters related to America ‘seriously’ and has asked to investigate the inputs received from America. At the same time, India’s displeasure was expressed over the Canadian PM’s allegations. Many big steps were taken by India. India had canceled visa services in Canada, now there are reports of its resumption. Not only this, a Canadian diplomat was also shown the way out by India. When relations between the two countries soured, India also issued an advisory to its citizens in Canada. India had also asked 41 Canadian diplomats to leave the country.
