During this time, while inspecting the Bajgriha built assembly wise, he observed the location of their reception counter and counting hall. He asked to take remedial measures to ensure that there is no dampness in the strong room. Instructed to do all the construction and preparations keeping in mind the heat waves and rains and asked to properly fill all the low lying areas so that there is no problem of water logging. DM Shri Sameer instructed to make separate barricades and install informational signage for receiving and counting. He instructed to set up a place to stay for CAPFs, earmarked place for media centre, pay and use food zone and help desk. Along with this, instructions were given to make vehicle parking space, traffic plan, adequate quantity of toilets and boring and also to repair the accessible toilets present in the campus and make them useful. Along with regular cleaning of the market committee campus, instructions were given to provide all the basic facilities by identifying CCTV monitoring sites, inspection of political parties and places of stay. He asked for installation of spot direction signage, flexi of do’s and don’ts, check list board near the counter etc. to help the staff at the time of receiving. DM Shri Sameer gave strict instructions to complete all the preparations within the time limit.
