Kanpur Weather AQI Today: After Diwali, the city’s pollution once again reached dangerous levels. Jumped from the yellow zone and reached orange. According to the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), the overall air quality index (AQI) of Kanpur city has become 210. It reached 228 on November 13. 201-300 is in the Orange Zone, which is considered dangerous. There is difficulty in breathing. For the first time after Diwali, the AQI of the city has gone into the Orange Zone.

NSI’s AQI reached 240. The situation was better in the morning but by three in the evening the situation worsened. Here the number of PM 2.5 i.e. fine particles of dust and smoke reached 373 micrograms per cubic meter (standard 60). The PM 10 count reached 371 micrograms per cubic meter (standard 100). The maximum amount of carbon monoxide reached 93 micrograms per cubic meter. AQI of Nehru Nagar Center was 205. The maximum number of PM 2.5 reached 304 micrograms per cubic meter. Here the maximum amount of carbon monoxide was 103 and the amount of ozone was 86. Kidwai Nagar’s AQI was 188 and the maximum number of PM 2.5 was 306.
