The security arrangements of Kanpur Metro have now been handed over to the Special Security Force personnel. Officials have issued orders for this. The security branch has given training in operating security related equipment like door frame metal detector, hand held metal detector, X-ray and bag scanner. UP ATS has given special training to the soldiers on AK-47 MP-5 gun and Glock pistol. Also, training in room intervention special tactics has been given.
