The convocation ceremony of Chandrashekhar Azad University of Agriculture and Technology (CSA) of Kanpur will be held on December 1. The ceremony will be presided over by the Governor and University Chancellor Anandiben Patel. She will honor 14 meritorious students of different courses with Chancellor’s Gold Medal, Chancellor’s Silver Medal and Chancellor’s Bronze Medal. The list of medals is ready. The final approval will be given in the Executive Council meeting soon. The names of the chief guest and special guest will also be decided in this meeting. Preparations for the 25th convocation ceremony of the university are going on at a fast pace. The university administration has issued a notice and given information related to the convocation to the students. According to the letter, students have been instructed to attend the university on November 30, a day before the convocation, to receive their degrees. You will have to bring your identity card. Answers will be given to the undergraduate, postgraduate and PhD students participating in the ceremony on 30th. A fee of Rs 300 will have to be deposited. On returning the answer sheet, the university administration will deduct Rs 25 and refund the remaining fee.
This will be the dress code in the convocation ceremony
Dress code for students has been decided. Students will have to come wearing a white shirt, black pants, red tie, blue sweater or blazer with black shoes. At the same time, red colored chunni and blue sweater along with white salwar suit has been decided for the girl students. University Registrar Dr. PK Upadhyay said that preparations for the convocation are going on. Soon there will be a meeting of the Executive Council, in which the medal list, names of the chief and special guest will be sealed.
