Kanpur News: ICU facility will start in Murarilal Chest Hospital after 6 years, it was closed due to these reasons

There is good news for patients in Kanpur. The ICU of Murarilal Chest Hospital, which was closed for six years, is going to start again. There will be a provision of five beds in this ICU, which was closed due to lack of oxygen supply. There will be facility of liquid oxygen till all the beds. A plant has also been set up for this. The process of admitting patients will also start in two to three days. According to Dr. Sanjay Kala, Principal of GSVM Medical College, the ICU of Murarilal Chest Hospital was closed since 2017 due to lack of oxygen and other arrangements. Here oxygen was supplied from cylinders. There was a fear of fire due to this. Now the ICU is being restarted at a cost of about Rs 2 lakhs received from the government.

Hallett’s load will be affected

Due to lack of ICU facility in Murarilal Chest Hospital, serious patients were referred to Halt. Now with the opening of ICU, patients will not have to wander. Due to which the load in the ICU of Halat Hospital will also be reduced. Till now the ICU of Hallett Hospital remains full.

First treatment will be done in hall, then written study.

The way of treatment of serious patients is going to change in Halat, the city’s biggest hospital. First the lives of the patients will be saved and then the hospital formalities will be completed. A 12-bed red zone area near the emergency will start from Saturday. According to Dr. Sanjay Kala, Principal of GSVM Medical College, specialist doctors will also be present along with the medical staff. Along with 12 beds, two monitors will also be in the red zone area. He told that like the Red Zone area in the hospital, the Yellow Zone area will also be ready soon. This will be a provision of 40 beds. According to Dr. Kala, a quick response team is being formed in Halat for better and timely treatment. There will also be two senior doctors in the team. The team will be responsible for the complete treatment facilities of the hospital.
