UP: The earning son officer of Kanpur Development Authority has been transferred from the government to Aligarh on 28 March. But even after lapse of 20 days, KDA Vice President is not able to relieve his favorite. A few days ago, the PCS officer posted as Officer on Special Duty in the Authority also made a written complaint to the VC about Manoj Upadhyay, the Executive Engineer posted in the KDA.
Along with this, making serious allegations of corruption on him, he had told about the danger of his life. Even after this KDA VC did not take cognizance of the matter. On the contrary, they are giving blessings (protection) to their loved ones. Accusing the engineer of earning money through corruption, the PCS officer had asked the competent agency to conduct an inquiry.

Taking this into cognizance, the government immediately transferred the Executive Engineer from KDA to Aligarh Authority. But even after the order of the government, the KDA Vice President did not relieve Executive Engineer Manoj Upadhyay from his work.
On April 6, the government again issued a letter to the KDA VC saying that Manoj Upadhyay has not received the information about the new posting of Executive Engineer (Civil) to take charge of the authority. He should be immediately relieved from the Kanpur authority. Despite the order of the government, VC Arvind Singh is not relieving his favorite. Because if the earning power goes away, then how will the black money found in the tender be used? Sources say that tenders for many schemes are to be held soon. In which the favorite contractors of the Executive Engineer will fill their tenders, which will get them passed through the VC. In lieu of this, a hefty amount will be recovered from the builders.
Inexperienced loved ones getting the tender passed
In the complaint letter of the PCS officer, it has been said that the executive engineer gets tenders of his favourites. Not only this, he also charges a hefty amount in return. The officer has also disclosed a contractor of the authority through the letter itself. In which it has been said that Executive Engineer Manoj Upadhyay has given the work of fire management in Ramganga Enclave to his favorite company Maya Builders. That too by making alleged experience certificate.

On the other hand, when the experience certificate was verified by an officer of Zone 2 by the Uttar Pradesh State Corporation Department, it turned out to be fake. It was told by the department that no experience certificate was issued in the name of Maya Builders from there. However, even after the horrific fire incident in Kanpur, the KDA officers are not taking any action against the company which is making such documents illegally, on the contrary, they are putting the lives of thousands of people at stake by giving them the work of other schemes. Now it has to be seen whether the engineer will be relieved of work or the game will be played with thousands of lives by giving work to the loved ones through Kamaput.
