In view of Diwali and Chhath Puja, the roadways management will run additional buses between November 9 and 18. 370 extra buses will run on Delhi, Agra, Meerut routes. As soon as the additional services of roadways management start, buses will be available from Jhakarkati bus stand every half hour on Delhi, Agra, Meerut routes. Three services will also start from Chunniganj to Dehradun. Also, bus will be available for Lucknow every 20 minutes.
Fare doubles in Tejas, manpower triples
The premiere Tatkal ticket for November 5 in Kanpur to Delhi Shramshakti Express is priced at Rs 870 in sleeper, while the fare is Rs 285. Similarly, there is an increase in the fare of every class. Apart from this, due to flexi fare in Tejas Express, the fare is double the original fare. At the same time, the fare of private bus operators coming from Delhi to Kanpur has also crossed Rs 2100 between 9 to 12 November. On normal days this fare is Rs 750 to 910.
