Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut is in discussion these days about her film Tejas. Meanwhile, Kangana has given a hint about contesting the Lok Sabha elections in 2024.
Kangana Ranaut recently reached Dwarkadhish temple in Gujarat, from where she posted her pictures and video. During this, while talking to the media, the actress said that if Lord Krishna is pleased, she will definitely contest the elections.
After Kangana said this, speculations started rising that the actress may make her BJP candidate in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. At the same time, on many occasions before this, Ranaut has hinted at contesting elections in the future.
Kangana Ranaut had said last year in October 2022 that she wants to serve the people of Himachal Pradesh in any possible capacity, even if it means joining politics. The actress had said that it would be a matter of pride for her if she gets a chance to work for the welfare of the people of her home state.
After Kangana Ranaut visited Shri Dwarkadhish Temple, the actress posted her pictures and wrote, ‘My mind was very troubled for the last few days, as soon as I came to this divine city of Shri Krishna, Dwarka, I felt as if I had just seen the dust here. All my worries went away and fell at my feet.
Kangana Ranaut further wrote, my mind became stable and I felt immense joy. O Lord of Dwaraka, keep your blessings like this. Hare Krishna’.
Kangana Ranaut’s Tejas has failed at the box office. The film could not garner audiences in theatres. Let us tell you that Tejas has earned about Rs 5 crore in five days. Critics also did not give good reviews to the film.
‘Tejas’ was written and directed by Sarvesh Mewada. Apart from Kangana Ranaut, it also stars Anshul Chauhan, Varun Mitra, Ashish Vidyarthi, Vishak Nair, Kashyap Shangari, Suneet Tandon, Rio Kapadia, Mohan Agashe and Mushtaq Kak in lead roles.
Kangana was last seen in ‘Chandramukhi 2’. Directed by P Vasu, ‘Chandramukhi 2’ is the sequel to the blockbuster hit Tamil horror comedy film ‘Chandramukhi’, which starred Rajinikanth and Jyothika in the lead roles.
Kangana Ranaut’s upcoming film is Emergency, in which she will be seen in the role of former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. The poster of who will be in the film has been released.
