According to the calendar issued by the Commission, the Jharkhand Laboratory Assistant Competitive Examination can be held in the last week of June. Similarly, the Post Graduate Trained Teacher Competitive Examination can be held in the second week of July. The notification for both the applications has already been issued. Both these exams will be in CBT mode. Apart from this, the Diploma Level Combined Competitive Examination will be held in the first week of August 2023 and the Common Graduate Combined Competitive Examination i.e. CGL in the first week of September. The application for both these exams can be published next month.

The commission has postponed all the examinations

Significantly, the JSSC Graduate Level Examination Conduct Amendment Rules 2021 was repealed by the Jharkhand High Court. Because of this all the appointments were cancelled. The commission also later postponed all these examinations. After this the students were eagerly waiting for the date of all the exams. After the decision of the Commission, a new ray of hope has arisen among the students.

The court said that the provisions of Article 14 were violated

Let us tell you that the earlier regulation was declared by the court to be a violation of the provisions of Article 14. Under Clause 7 of the Rules, it was said that matriculation and inter passers from educational institutions of Jharkhand would be able to apply, while this provision would be relaxed for reserved category candidates. Hindi and English were excluded from the list of languages ​​in Kandika 9. For this reason it was challenged in the court.
