JSSC Exam: FIR registered against 16 candidates who boycotted the exam, allegation of irregularities in OMR sheet

Representative, Putki: A case of obstruction in government work has been registered in Putki police station against 16 candidates who boycotted the examination of Municipal Service Cadre Combined Competitive Examination 2023 organized by Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission. Candidates had complained about irregularities in the OMR sheet. An FIR has been registered on the application of Rakesh Kumar Sinha, Principal of DAV Alkusa (Examination Centre). It has been said in the application that the examination of Kumar Chandramohan and other candidates in the first shift was scheduled from 8:30 to 10:30 in the morning.

In this sequence, OMR sheets were distributed in front of the candidates in room number 21 of the school by breaking the seal as per rules. In this sequence, a candidate told that OMR is unavailable to him. After this Kumar Chandramohan started making noise in the room. He provoked all the other 15 candidates. Out of 21 candidates present in the room, 16 started boycotting the examination and started speaking against the Commission, whereas as per rules, other OMR was made available in place of the missing OMR of the said candidate from the buffer packet. An attempt was made to convince 16 out of 21 candidates. Despite this, they created a ruckus by boycotting the examination.
