Job News: Employment opportunity in civil aviation, Aeronautical Training Institute is offering three-year diploma

Lucknow: On the one hand, under the guidance of PM Modi, the Yogi government is fulfilling the dreams of air travel of the common citizens of UP, on the other hand, it is also giving flight to the dreams of the youth by connecting them with employment in the field of civil aviation. Since 2017, UP is moving forward in the civil aviation sector. UP with 3 international airports will very soon become a state with 5 international airports.

Trained youth preparing Aeronautical Training Institute

The Aeronautical Training Institute operating under the Department of Civil Aviation is recognized by the All India Council of Technical Education, Government of India, Council of Technical Education of UP, Director General of Civil Aviation and National Board of Accreditation, Government of India. The Institute is offering three year Diploma training in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME) in Mechanical, Avionics and Helicopter streams. Every year 30-30 students are prepared for employment in airlines in each course. Presently 191 students are taking training here. The institute has a team of 12 lecturers. Youth are admitted here through the Joint Entrance Examination from the Joint Entrance Examination Council.

Youth of UP got high flight in all three streams

The students of the institute get placement opportunities in various airlines including Air India, Indigo, Vistara. In the Yogi government, the dreams of the youth in this area got their destination very fast. In AME (Mechanical), 18 students passed out in 2018, out of which 17 got placed. In 2019, this figure was 21 and 18. In 2020, 15 students passed and 10 got placed. 14 out of 19 passed in 2021 got placement.

In AME (Mechanical) session 2022, 24 students passed and 19 got placed. And in AME (Avionics) 12 students passed in 2018 and 10 got placed. In 2019, this figure stood at 16-13. In 2020, 17 youth passed in this stream and 12 got employment. In 2021, out of 23 passed, 19 got placement and in 2022, 20 out of 24 students got placement.

Success story telling placement figures

In AME (Helicopter Stream), 21 youth passed in 2020, 18 got placed. In 2021, this figure was 23-13 and in 2022, 17 youth passed in this stream. Out of this, 17 students were successful in getting placements. At the same time, the placement percentage of total students in the civil aviation sector was also excellent. 90 in 2018, 83 in 2019, 75 in 2020, 70 in 2021 and 80 percent in 2022 got placement opportunity.
