An important hearing was held in Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court on Monday in the alleged scam of giving jobs in exchange for land by Railways. In this case, CBI has filed a charge sheet against RJD supremo Lalu Yadav, his wife former CM Rabri Devi and Lalu Yadav’s son Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav. A total of 17 accused, including these three, are named in the CBI charge sheet. Everyone was granted bail in the last hearing. While hearing this case on October 16, the court has given a big relief to the Lalu family. All three will not have to appear now. The court has asked for a copy of the charge sheet in the pen drive. Now this case will be heard on November 2.
