JN.1 Variant: New variant of Corona JN.1 is spreading rapidly in three states, WHO told how much danger it poses to the world.

Corona panic has started once again in the country. Corona new cases in three states Variant JN.1 Has given his knock. Which includes Goa, Maharashtra and Kerala. Among these, Goa is most affected. Maximum 19 cases of the new variant have been reported in Goa, while one case each has been reported in Maharashtra and Kerala.

New variant of Corona increases government’s concern

The increasing cases of new variants of Corona have increased the government’s concern. Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya on Wednesday took stock of the preparations of health establishments and also appealed to be cautious regarding the new emerging form of Corona virus. While holding a high level review meeting with the states, Mandaviya said that Covid is not over yet. He requested the states to keep track of new cases of COVID-19, symptoms and their severity so that appropriate public health measures can be planned. He said, we need to be cautious, not panic. Mandaviya appealed to be prepared and alert against the new form of Covid-19.

WHO termed JN.1 variant of Corona as ‘variant of interest’

The World Health Organization (WHO) has declared it a ‘variant of interest’ amid the rapidly increasing cases of ‘JN.1’ variant of corona virus. However, WHO has made it clear that there is not much danger from this. WHO has started classifying mild variants as ‘variants of interest’ and severe variants as ‘variants of concern’.

Corona cases have started increasing in these states including Jharkhand

Corona virus cases are increasing rapidly in some states like Kerala, Maharashtra, Jharkhand and Karnataka in the country. According to the data released by the Health Ministry, 614 new cases of corona virus infection were registered in India in a single day, the highest after May 21. Due to which the number of cases under treatment in the country has increased to 2,311.

Shinde government alert after new cases of Corona emerge

Eknath Shinde government has come into alert mode after cases of new variant of Corona came to light in Maharashtra. Chief Minister Eknath Shinde said, we have taken necessary steps regarding Corona. Instructions have been given to the health department. The government will take care that it does not increase under any circumstances.
