According to TRAI report, Reliance Jio and Airtel have added new consumers in Bihar-Jharkhand in the month of July. The report shows that new customers have expressed maximum trust in Jio. In June 2023, Jio had 3 crore 79 lakh 41 thousand 349 customers in Bihar-Jharkhand, which increased to 3 crore 83 lakh 26 thousand 618 in July.
TRAI report shows that in the month of July, Airtel has added 1 lakh 12 thousand 91 customers in Bihar-Jharkhand. In June 2023, Airtel had 4 crore 5 lakh 94 thousand 914 subscribers, which has increased to 4 crore 7 lakh 7 thousand 5 in July 2023.
According to the TRAI report of July 2023, public sector BSNL has lost 64 thousand 778 customers in Bihar circle. In June 2023, there were 58 lakh 62 thousand 287 BSNL consumers in Bihar-Jharkhand, which reduced to 57 lakh 97 thousand 509 in July.
According to TRAI report, Voda-Idea has to lose 50 thousand 698 customers in Bihar Telecom Circle in July 2023. In June 2023, Voda-Idea had 80 lakh 58 thousand 206 customers, which reduced to 80 lakh 7 thousand 508 in May.
According to TRAI report, 3 lakh 81 thousand 884 new consumers have joined the mobile service in July 2023 in the two states of Bihar Telecom Circle, Bihar-Jharkhand. With this increase, the tele density of Bihar circle has reached 55.98 percent.
Reliance Jio is continuously leading in the matter of adding customers in Bihar Telecom Circle. Due to excellent 5G coverage and entry level JioBharat scheme, a large number of consumers are joining Reliance Jio. According to the information recorded on the website of DOT, 5G service is being operated from about 14 thousand sites in Bihar, out of which 80 percent is of Reliance Jio.
