Jio vs Airtel Valentine’s Day Prank: The festival of love, Valentine’s Day, was celebrated on 14th February all over the world including India. On this day, there was a tug of war between the two giant companies of the country’s telecom sector – Airtel and Jio.
Reliance Jio actually posted a message on social media platform X for Airtel users on Valentine’s Day on Wednesday. In this message, Jio advised Airtel users to pay attention to the red flags and make a fresh start by ‘dropping X’.
Dear @airtelindia users,
This Valentine’s, don’t ignore the ‘RED’ flags in your relationship.
It’s time to move on from your ‘Ex’-stream.Here’s my number 60008-60008. Call me maybe. #HappyValentinesDay #WithLoveFromJio

In its post on X, Reliance Jio addressed Airtel India users and wrote, Dear Airtel India users, this Valentine’s, do not ignore the red flags in your relationship. Now it’s time to move on from your ‘Ex’-stream.
From this post it seems that Jio’s red flag here means Airtel’s theme color and Ex-Stream means the Xstream broadband service provided by the company. Overall the matter is that Jio is asking its rival company Airtel users to leave Airtel service and switch to Jio service.
Just saying!

Airtel has also responded to this criticism made by Jio and while replying in the post, it has advised the users to choose the service only after trying everything. While replying to Jio’s post, the company shared a picture in which it is written – Try everything, then choose the right one.
For your information, let us tell you that currently Reliance Jio has high-speed broadband service named JioFiber and Airtel has Xstream fiber broadband service. Both the operators have the highest number of broadband users today.
