Jio and Plume come together, will bring AI equipped smart home service on JioFiber and Jio-AirFiber

Jio partners with Plume – Rolls Out AI-Powered Services : Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited has joined hands with Plum to provide AI based smart home and small business services to the customers. This partnership, through Plum’s scalable cloud platform, will provide state-of-the-art services to approximately 20 crore premises in India.

Reliance Jio will launch HomePass and WorkPass consumer services based on Plum’s AI-powered and cloud platform. With HomePass, houses will be transformed into smart homes. Devices in the entire house will be WiFi connected. The performance of applications will improve, connected devices will be protected from cyber attacks, and parents will be able to better control children’s access to content. Facilities like WiFi motion sensing will also be available.

Plum’s WorkPass is very effective for small businesses. WorkPass is a business intelligence platform that balances the capabilities of enterprise-grade technology with simple solutions and accessibility for small businesses. It provides essential connectivity, productivity and security tools.

Jio will use Plum’s Haystack support and operations suite to improve customer experience. This will improve the performance of Jio’s customer support and operations teams. This will help in strengthening the network, identifying, analyzing customer related issues and completing the work faster.
