Jharkhand’s heat makes people miserable

Ranchi: The scorching heat in Jharkhand has made the condition of people miserable. The situation is such that people have started feeling the heat of May and June only in April. According to the report of the Meteorological Department, the day temperature in the capital Ranchi reached 38 degrees on Friday. Whereas, heat wave is expected to continue from tomorrow. An alert has also been issued regarding this.

Temperature crosses 40 in these districts

The heat in Jharkhand can be gauged from the fact that the temperature has crossed 40 in many districts. The highest temperature is at Godda (42.9 degrees). At the same time, it is 42 degrees in Jamshedpur, 41.3 degrees in Deoghar, 40.7 degrees in Garhwa and 40.4 degrees in Jamtara. Whereas the temperature of Daltenganj and Chaibasa is 41 degrees. Similarly, the temperature in Pakur has crossed 42 degrees.

Timings were to be changed in government schools from April 1

The time was to be changed to morning in government schools of Jharkhand from April 1st. But due to the ongoing annual examination from class one to seventh, the timing has not been changed. However, according to the latest information, government schools have been operational from 7 am to 1 pm.

Demand for desi fridge increased

With the onset of summer, the demand for desi fridges i.e. earthen pots has also increased. However, people are preferring to take matkas. Talking about the price, the price of a pot of 20 liter capacity is Rs 180. Similarly, the price of 15 liter capacity pot is being sold at Rs 150, 5 liter capacity pot is being sold at Rs 80, and 10 liter capacity pot is being sold at Rs 120.
