Jharkhand Weather: Monsoon will rain heavily before departure, pink cold will knock after heavy rains

Rainfall in Jharkhand is still 28 percent less than normal

Jharkhand has still received 28 percent less rainfall than normal. The normal rainfall from June 1, 2023 to September 28, 2023 is 1013.3 mm, but till now Jharkhand has received only 732.9 mm of rain. If we look at the data of the Meteorological Department, the best rainfall conditions in the state are in Godda and Sahibganj. The normal rainfall in Godda is 906.4 mm, whereas so far it has received 956.2 mm of rain. Similarly, the normal rainfall in Sahibganj is 1181.7 mm, whereas till now it has received 1244.1 mm of rain. At the same time, the worst situation of rain is in Chatra. The normal rainfall here is 939.8 mm, whereas so far there has been 442.6 mm rainfall i.e. 53 percent less. The normal rainfall in Ranchi is 1021.5 mm, whereas so far it has received 753 mm of rain. That means there is still 26 percent less rainfall here.
