Jharkhand Weather: Ranchi- In Jharkhand’s capital Ranchi, the weather suddenly changed in the afternoon on Monday and it started raining. There are chances of rain in the state till March 21. The Meteorological Department has issued an alert regarding rain, thunder and hailstorm. On March 19, an alert has been issued regarding heavy rain, thunderstorm and hailstorm in many districts including Ranchi. The Meteorological Department has said in its forecast that the weather will be mainly clear from March 22 to 24. The weather will be dry.

Western, central and southern parts of Jharkhand may experience thunderstorms along with strong wind gusts (30-40 km per hour) on March 20. There are chances of rain. There is also a possibility of thunderstorm during this period. Yellow alert has been issued regarding this.

In view of the changing weather patterns, meteorologists have advised the common people to be alert and cautious while going out of the house. If you have to stay somewhere, take shelter at a safe place only. Don’t stop under the tree even by mistake. Stay away from electric poles. Farmers should not go to their fields. Wait for the weather to become normal. If the weather is bad, take precautions when going out of the house.
