Jharkhand: Uproar by family members alleging kidnapping of coal businessman in Fusro, Bokaro, road jam for hours

Jharkhand News: After the case of kidnapping of coal businessman Ranjay Singh, son-in-law of Laxman Singh, resident of Dhori staff quarter of Bermo police station area under Bokaro district, family members and others surrounded Amjad Hussain’s Janata Oil Mill at Fusro Bazar for hours and blocked the road. There was a lot of commotion. Angry people were asking the owner of the Janta Oil Mill shop to expel a young man named Mo Arshad alias Sonu, a resident of Fusro, from the house. However, the shopkeepers, while dissociating themselves from the matter, were repeatedly saying that Sonu has nothing to do with any of his family members. After getting the information about the case, the Bermo police reached the spot and got the road blockade over.

Sonu surrendered in the police station

The relatives and the angry people alleged that three youths, including Sonu, had kidnapped Ranjay Singh, the son-in-law of Laxman Singh, a resident of Dhori Staff Quarters. The owner of the shop said that Sonu is not at home. The relatives said that you have a CCTV camera, show that whether Sonu has gone home or not. The relatives of Ranjay Singh alleged that Sonu had gone home 15 minutes ago. Many people have also seen it. After expressing a lot of anger, the owner of the shop called Sonu and asked him to go to the police station and surrender. When people’s anger increased, Sonu went to the police station and surrendered. Sonu’s family came out of the house and came to the shop to inform about this to the people. After this, all the people reached the police station and even after going there, they started demanding to show Sonu. However, in this incident, the local police station in-charge has saved a big incident from happening by acting sensibly.

Are in Asansol and are safe: Ranjay Singh

Here, in the police station itself, Ranjay’s relatives got a call that he is in Asansol and is safe. It is being speculated that Ranjay was released after about 24 hours due to the pressure of the police in view of the angry people. In the police station premises, Ranjay’s father-in-law Laxman Singh and Ranjay’s wife Priyanka Singh were fainting again and again remembering the incident. His relatives were repeatedly saying that somehow our son-in-law and husband should be brought back. After getting information about the matter, Bermo SDM Anant Kumar also reached and inquired about the whole matter.

On the other hand, Ranjay Singh reached the police station and gave written information to the police that he had gone to Dhanbad for his personal work. No one had kidnapped her. Due to the failure of the mobile SIM, he could not give information to the family members. Said that there was a case with Sonu regarding the transaction of coal purchase and sale. After the sale of coal in Dehri Mandi, the party was pressurizing me for payment due to non-payment of the payment, due to which he was under a lot of stress.

Was demanding payment, kidnapping allegation baseless: Sonu

Here, Sonu told that he has no enmity with Ranjay. Ranjay had sold coal worth 10 lakhs to a person in Dehri Mandi 15 days back. Due to non-payment of which the other party was pressurizing him for payment. He was demanding payment of coal from Ranjay. Due to Ranjay’s mobile being off, they went to search him at his residence late on Saturday evening. But, he could not be found anywhere. Said that Ranjay’s allegation of kidnapping is baseless.

Not kidnapping, the matter is related to the transaction of coal: Inspector

In this regard Bermo police station in-charge co-inspector Ravindra Kumar Singh said that Ranjay has been interrogated. He has accepted to go to Dhanbad on his own free will. There is no case of kidnapping. There is a matter of transaction related to coal between the two. The matter is being investigated.
