Kharsawan, Shachindra Kumar Dash: On the birth anniversary of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, the two-day Netaji Cup Football Mahakumbh started from Tuesday in Gondpur, Kharsawan among 16 teams. Union Minister inaugurated this competition organized under the aegis of Maa Aksharshi Khel Vikas Samiti. Arjun Munda Did it. On the occasion, Arjun Munda said that in honor of the contribution of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose in the freedom struggle, the Modi government at the Center has declared the birth anniversary of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose as Valor Day. Netaji’s bravery inspires us all. He said that the society and country which forgets its ancestors. He can never make history. He said that only those who struggle write history. The youth have to move forward with goals. He also appealed to the villagers to encourage the village players and cooperate in realizing their dreams.

Cash prize of Rs 2 lakh for the winning team and Rs 1.5 lakh for the runner-up.

The prize distribution of Football Mahakumbh (competition) will be done in the meeting on Wednesday. It was told that the winning team of the football competition will be given a cash prize of Rs 2 lakh, the runner-up team will be given Rs 1.5 lakh and the third and fourth placed teams will be given a cash prize of Rs 60,000 each.
