Dhanbad: Enforcement Directorate (ED) Patna team Dhanbad Big sand and coal businessmen Surendra Jindal and Baban Singh have been arrested. ED has gone to Patna with both the businessmen. After interrogation he will be presented in the court. According to sources, the ED team arrested both the businessmen after midnight on Thursday. Both of them were kept at their home at night. On Friday morning, the ED team took both the businessmen in separate vehicles and left for Patna. Sources said that on the basis of information received during the raid and preliminary inquiry, it was decided to arrest Surendra Jindal and Baban Singh. Both the businessmen are major partners in Bradson Commodity Private Limited. He is also a director of the company. ED has already arrested the directors of this company Jag Narayan Singh, Satish Singh, Mithilesh Singh. Besides, some businessmen from Bihar associated with the company have also been arrested.
Notice to many indirect investors
According to sources, the ED team is investigating against about 200 people directly and indirectly associated with Bradson Commodity Private Limited. There are many real estate businessmen and some liquor businessmen also. At present, only those people who are major shareholders in the company have been arrested. There are many businessmen who have indirectly invested money in this business. On the basis of recovered documents and information received from arrested businessmen, preparations are underway to take action against such indirect investors. There is information that some people have also been issued notices. However, the notice has not been confirmed.
