Jharkhand News: A road accident took place at Katuwa Kocha near Uchharinga turning point located at Patratu Lake Resort in Ramgarh. A brick-laden turbo truck hit a car. In this accident, CCL worker Pramod Kumar Sharma died on the spot, while his two colleagues Virendra Kumar and Sanjay Karketta were seriously injured. Immediately both the injured were taken to CCL Hospital, Gandhinagar, Ranchi, while Pramod Sharma was brought to Community Health Center, Patratu. Where the doctors declared him dead.

In relation to the incident, it was told that on Wednesday morning, a brick-laden truck hit a car at Katuva Kocha near Uchcharinga turning point near Patratu Lake Resort on Ranchi-Patratu main road. Pramod Kumar Sharma, a resident of Nagra Toli of CCL worker Kanke, died in this accident. It was told that Pramod Kumar Sharma’s father, late Surendra Nath Sharma, along with his two companions, Harmu resident of Ranchi, Virendra Kumar (Finance Officer) and Sanjay Kerketta (ENT Staff), resident of Kanke, were coming to the Area Finance Manager Office Barkasyal in a car. Meanwhile, a brick laden turbo truck going towards Ranchi hit the car hard.
Both the injured were sent to CCL Hospital Gandhinagar.
Pramod Kumar Sharma died on the spot in this accident. Along with this, Sanjay Kerketta and Virendra Kumar were seriously injured in the car. The people who reached the spot pulled Sanjit Kerketta and Virendra Kumar out of the car after a lot of effort. As soon as the information was received, Patratu police station in-charge Raghunath Singh reached the spot along with Dalbal and sent him to CCL Hospital Gandhinagar, Ranchi for better treatment. At the same time, Pramod Kumar Sharma was brought to the Community Health Center, Patratu. Where the doctors declared him dead.
Disturbance in Barkasyal GM Unit
As soon as the information about the road accident was received, there was panic in the Barkasyal GM unit. As soon as the information was received, the officers and staff of the Area Finance Manager Office reached CHC Patratu. After paperwork, Pramod Kumar Sharma’s body was sent for postmortem to Sadar Hospital, Ramgarh. Union leaders Vindhyachal Bedia, Sudesh Prasad, Ramesh Prasad, Rajendra Sav, Rajkumar Yadav, JN Prasad, Goswami, Manoj Kumar, Rajkumar Ahirwar, Suraj Kumar, Shatrughan Vishwakarma, Suraj Kumar, Shashi Kumar etc. reached the block hospital as soon as the incident was reported.
