Ranchi: A new weekly train from Ranchi to Gorakhpur will start soon. For this, the Railway Board has written to the South Eastern Railway Headquarters. Joint Director of Railway Board Coaching, Vivek Kumar Sinha has issued a letter saying that train number 18629 Ranchi-Gorakhpur Express will run once a week (on Friday). The train from Ranchi will leave at 5:10 pm. This route will reach Jhajha Gorakhpur at 11:30 am on the second day. Whereas train number 18630 Gorakhpur-Ranchi Express will leave from Gorakhpur at 3:30 pm on Saturday and will reach Ranchi via Jhajha at 9:25 am on the next day.
This train will go and come to Gorakhpur via Muri, Bokaro, Dhanbad, Chittaranjan, Jasidih, Jhajha, Mokama, Patna, Chhapra, Siwan, Deoria. The maintenance of the train will be done in Hatia. On Ranchi Railway Division getting the new weekly train Ranchi-Gorakhpur, MP Sanjay Seth said that he had written a letter to Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav regarding running of the new Ranchi-Gorakhpur train. Which has been approved by the Railway Minister. The promise he made to the people of the state was fulfilled.

Railway Board has stopped 11 trains simultaneously in Ranchi Railway Division. Deputy Director of Railway Board Coaching, Rajesh Kumar has written a letter to South-Eastern Railways asking them to confirm the date regarding stoppage of trains. Stoppages of trains have been given at Pundag, Namkum, Tatisilve and Silli stations. Hatia Islampur Express and Hatia Purnia Express have stoppages at Pundag Railway Station. Stoppage of Sambalpur Jammu Tawi Express, Maurya Express, Kriya Yoga Express, Hatia-Patna Purnia Court Express, Hatia Islampur Express at Silli, Maurya Express at Tatisilve, Sambalpur Jammu Tawi Express, Kriya Yoga Express and Hatia-Ranchi Purnia Court Express at Namkum Railway Station. Has gone. MP Sanjay Seth had been trying for a long time for the stoppage of trains at these stations. He told that he had made this demand to the Railway Minister two days ago also.
