Jharkhand News: Posts have been created in 189 upgraded high schools of Jharkhand. A total of 1890 posts have been created in the Vidyalaya. These schools were upgraded from middle to high school in the year 2016-17. Seven years after the schools were upgraded to high schools, the post of teachers has been created in them. In this regard, a resolution has been issued by the Department of School Education and Literacy. Apart from the headmaster, eight posts of teachers have been created in these schools. For the first time, the post of computer science teacher has also been created in the high schools of the state.
Post of computer science teachers created
According to the resolution issued by the department, posts of teachers will be created on the basis of this standard in the high schools to be opened in future. Apart from this, the middle schools which have been upgraded to high schools after the formation of the state, in those schools also, on the basis of this standard, the posts will be assessed and action will be taken for the appointment/posting of teachers. After assessing the requirement on the basis of the currently created post in the schools, it has been asked to create the post of computer science teachers by handing over the post. Earlier, 15 posts including headmaster, assistant teacher, clerk and commanding officer were created in Upgraded High School. Now the school will have 11 posts. There is one post of headmaster, eight posts of assistant teachers and one post of clerk. While the Adeshpal also has a post.
Word creation of Sanskrit is not mandatory
After the formation of the state, 11 posts of teachers were created in the upgraded high schools. Now they have been reduced to eight. Posts of Hindi and English will be created in all the schools. Apart from this, the post of teacher of any one language from Sanskrit, Urdu, Persian, Arabic, regional and tribal language will be created. Tell that till now the post of Sanskrit teacher was created in all high schools.
Two teachers of four subjects in social studies
In the creation of new posts, there has been a change in the proposal for creation of earlier posts in the subject of social studies. In the past, teacher posts were created in social studies in schools, apart from geography, economics, history/civics. Now, instead of three, the posts of two teachers will be created for these four subjects. Apart from this, now there is no post of sports teacher.
Adeshpal will be appointed from external source
There will be no permanent appointment of Adeshpal in high school. The appointment of Adeshpal will be done from external source. The minimum honorarium of the Adeshpal will be calculated on the basis of daily wages fixed by the Labor Department. In the letter issued by the department, it has been clarified that the post of Adeshpal should not be considered as created. This has been described as the maximum post for appointment.
