Ranchi: Governor of Jharkhand CP Radhakrishnan On Monday, JMM reacted to ED’s summons to CM Hemant Soren and JMM’s protest against ED’s action. He said that no one is above the law. CM Hemant Soren should respond to ED’s summons. If you are not giving today, you will have to give tomorrow. This should be followed as a true citizen. On JMM’s protest against ED’s action, he said that Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) should not be involved in such action. Such a situation should not be created that we become above the law.

On ED’s summon to Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren, Jharkhand Governor CP Radhakrishnan said that if the CM is not replying today, he will have to reply tomorrow. As a true citizen we should follow it. The law and order situation in the state is not very good. I have expressed this many times. Action should be taken.

On JMM’s protest against ED action in Jharkhand, Jharkhand Governor CP Radhakrishnan said that ED has its own duty and I personally feel that Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) should not be involved in this type of action. This is creating unnecessary tension between the two political parties. It is not required. No one is above the law. We should not create such a situation that we become above the law.
