Jharkhand News: NIA has started investigation in the arrest of three Naxalites including Krishna Hansda alias Saurabh alias Avinash, regional commander of the banned organization CPI Maoist and recovery of American pistol. Earlier, on January 16, 2023, the NIA (National Investigation Agency) took over the case registered at Dumri police station in Giridih and lodged an FIR in Ranchi. In this case, apart from Krishna Hansda, Ramdayal Mahto alias Bachchan da alias Nilesh and Abhijeet Korrah were named. Krishna is a resident of Lodhwa, Manjhalidih, Peetand in Giridih district. Whereas Ramdayal Mahato is a resident of Madhuban in Peetand. While Abhijeet is a resident of Jamui in Bihar.
Three Naxalites including Krishna arrested from Lucivo village
It has been said in the FIR that the Jharkhand Police had received information that Krishna Hasanda along with his squad was roaming in the Lucivo forest of Dumri police station area. These people can execute any incident along with levy recovery. After this, the Giridih police team laid siege and arrested Krishna Hasanda. Police had recovered an American pistol and six bullets from near it. At the same time, two lakh five thousand 20 rupees were also received from Krishna. Please tell that after Krishna’s arrest, a 24-hour Jharkhand bandh was called on January 22, 2023. The Maoist organization had then alleged that the police had arrested three Naxalites, including Krishna, from Lucivo village. These people are being harassed in the name of questioning about the confidential information of the organization and the top leadership.
NIA takes terrorist Faizan Ansari on remand for seven days
At the same time, the NIA will interrogate ISIS terrorist Faizan Ansari, arrested from Lohardaga, on remand. The NIA on Friday filed an application in the court of Special NIA Judge MK Verma seeking remand of Faizan Ansari for seven days. The court approved it. The remand period will start from Saturday. Earlier, Faizan was presented in the NIA court on Thursday, from where he was sent to Birsa Munda Jail.
Terror Faizan arrested from New Road Millat Colony of Lohardaga
The NIA had arrested Faizan on July 19 from New Road Millat Colony located in Sadar police station area of Lohardaga. He is accused of being linked to the terrorist organization Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) through dark net or dark web. Prior to his arrest, on July 16 and 17, the NIA had searched Faizan’s house at New Road Millat Colony in Lohardaga urban area and a rented house in Aligarh. Apart from electronic equipment, laptops, mobiles etc., objectionable material and documents were seized from Millat Colony from both the places. Faizan is a second year engineering student at Aligarh Muslim University.
