At the same time, the state government can issue an order for the suspension of Chhavi Ranjan at any time. The process has been started for this.

Health checkup was done before going to court

Before taking him to the court, the doctors of Ranchi Sadar Hospital looked after his health in the ED office. During this, blood pressure, sugar and other tests were done. Everything was found normal in the investigation. At the same time, the Kovid-19 test also came negative.

ED asks for 10 days remand, hearing on Saturday

The ED presented Chhavi Ranjan in the PMLA court at around 3 pm on Friday. During this, the ED sought a remand of 10 days from the court for questioning on various points. On this, the court fixed the date of hearing on Saturday. After this, Chhavi Ranjan was sent to Birsa Munda Central Jail at Hotwar.

The ED also informed the court about the allegation against Chhavi Ranjan. Said that apart from the land occupied by the army, by forging the documents, he is accused of buying and selling the land of Cheshire Home Road and Bajra Mauza. Along with this, it was told that through Prem Prakash, one crore rupees was given for the mutation of the land occupied by the army. At the same time, in the ED’s interrogation on Thursday, Chhavi Ranjan denied having any relation with Prem Prakash.
