Lab technicians in RIMS: Jharkhand High Court has canceled 28 appointments of lab technicians in RIMS. These appointments were made in the year 2020. The court said that his appointment was done on the basis of wrong qualification. The court has given this decision while hearing a writ petition. Applicant Bhuvan Bhaskar had filed a writ petition raising questions on the appointment. According to which the appointment of lab technician has been done with wrong qualification. While giving its decision on this, the court said that the Central Government has directed that the marks of skill test cannot be added to the examination. Whereas in this appointment, the appointment has been made by adding the skill test marks also. Saying this, the High Court canceled 28 appointments and ordered fresh recruitment. Earlier, after hearing both the sides, the court had reserved its decision, which was pronounced on Tuesday.
