ED will file reply on Hemant’s petition in the High Court on 9th
Hemant Soren was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on the night of 31 January after being interrogated for seven to eight hours. The arrest has been challenged in the High Court on behalf of Hemant Soren. The date of hearing on this has been fixed for February 12. Before this, ED has to file its reply in the court on 9 February.
