After the torrential rains on Wednesday night, about 3 feet of water started flowing rapidly near the Jhapai bridge due to the descent of mountain water on the Tinpahar-Rajmahal main road. Due to this, traffic on the main road was disrupted for about 4 hours. While more than 10 nearby villages including Tinpahar lost contact with the sub-divisional headquarters, people going to Borio and Godda from the Rajmahal side also faced a lot of trouble. Had to travel an additional distance of about 30 to 40 kilometers via the other route. Rajmahal is the main lifeline road of Tinpahar through which people mainly come to the sub-divisional office, block office and registration office including sub-divisional hospital. Apart from this, this road connects to Sahibganj Govindpur Highway road through which people travel their long journey. Darla village of Rajmahal has also lost contact with Teen Pahad Bazaar and Rajmahal. There were long queues of vehicles on both directions on the main road.

The movement of ambulances, school vehicles, domestic gas distribution vehicles, petrol diesel tankers and other vehicles was affected. Due to which people had to face a lot of trouble.
