Ranchi: Governor of Jharkhand CP Radhakrishnan Said that Raj Bhavan has no role in the arrest of former CM Hemant Soren. The then CM Hemant Soren himself came to Raj Bhavan on January 31 and submitted his resignation. He did not ask him to resign. He has no role in the arrest of Hemant Soren. During this time, Hemant Soren had given in writing that ED can take him into custody. He even knows the people who came with him. The Governor was talking to journalists at Raj Bhavan on Thursday.
Raj Bhavan not involved in ED’s action against Hemant Soren
Jharkhand Governor CP Radhakrishnan denied that Raj Bhavan was involved in the arrest of former Chief Minister and JMM working president Hemant Soren by the ED in a money laundering case related to the land scam. He said that he has no role in this action of ED. Raj Bhavan is not included in it in any way. ED had arrested Hemant Soren on January 31 after seven hours of interrogation. Before this he reached Raj Bhavan and resigned from the post of Chief Minister.
