Which was two degrees Celsius more than normal. The temperature was recorded at 41.7 degree Celsius on Thursday. According to weather experts, there is no hope of respite from the heat in the next few days.

There is a possibility of heatwave in some parts of north-west, central and south-eastern parts of Jharkhand. According to the Meteorological Department, the heat in April can break old records. This week the maximum temperature of the city can go up to 43 degree Celsius. However, there are chances of cloudy sky with partial rain in Jamshedpur from coming 17th April.

Here, the outbreak of heat has increased in Jamshedpur city. In this regard, the Jamshedpur Guardian Association has submitted a memorandum to the Deputy Commissioner, demanding a change in the school’s time-table keeping in view the safety of the children.
