ED has interrogated for 120 hours
Former Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren’s advocate and state’s Advocate General Rajiv Ranjan presented his case in the PMLA Special Court. He said that former Chief Minister Hemant Soren is not being given good arrangements during his interrogation by the ED. ED will interrogate Hemant Soren till February 12
PMLA Special Court, ignoring the arguments of the Advocate General, on Wednesday gave remand to ED for 5 more days. Hemant Soren’s remand period is starting from 8th February. ED will interrogate former CM Hemant Soren till 12th February. Earlier, ED had interrogated Hemant Soren in remand from 3rd February to 7th February.
