Jharkhand News: People of the district will be able to fly from Bokaro airport this year itself. Regarding this, the round of inspection of the office bearers is going on here. In this sequence, on Friday, the high level team of Airport Authority of India Limited inspected the Bokaro airport. It is to be known that the Government of India is about to start flight service from Bokaro Airport under the Regional Connectivity Scheme. The airport work has almost been completed regarding this.
Inspection of other places including runway
Eastern Zone Executive Director Manoj Gangal reached Bokaro Airport with the team on Friday to remove the errors in getting the license for the flight. He was accompanied by Dhananjay Tiwari, the operational head of the Eastern Zone. Regional Director Shri Gangal along with Bokaro MLA Biranchi Narayan inspected the runway and other places of the airport.
Flight service will start from Bokaro before Dumka
Speaking to reporters, Mr. Gangal said that air service will start from Bokaro airport this year itself. This service is going to start from Bokaro before Dumka in Jharkhand. To remove the error in getting the license, those people have come there to inspect. He said that whatever minor action has to be taken by the state government to start the air service, those people will write a letter to the government. He appreciated the building of Bokaro airport and said that much better construction work has been done.
2023 will be the year of flight for Bokaro: MLA
Mr. Gangal said that work will be done to remove all the big trees around the airport regarding security, so that there is no lapse in security. During this, MLA Viranchi Narayan said that the biggest team of Airport Authority of India Limited has come so far regarding the flight from Bokaro. It is expected that the year 2023 will be the year of flight for Bokaro.
