Jharkhand News: Five people died due to mudslide of a well in Piska village located in Muri area under Silli of capital Ranchi. There, two people were injured. Both the injured were immediately taken to the hospital. It was told that seven people went down the well while saving the bull. Meanwhile, the soil of the well sank, due to which everyone got buried. Here, Chief Minister Hemant Soren expressed deep condolences on the death of five people.

how did the accident happen
It was told that the bull fell into a well in Piska village. To get him out, the local people descended down the well. Meanwhile, due to the rain, the soil of the well got filled and fell on the people. All the seven people were buried under the fall of mud. As soon as the information was received, other people reached the spot. During this, Hindalco company also got information. Immediately sent the rescue team to the spot. As soon as they came here, they got involved in rescue and relief work. Meanwhile, a large crowd of villagers gathered. Everyone was pulled out after a lot of effort, but five people died. There, two people were seriously injured. The injured were sent to the hospital for treatment.

Here, Silli MLA Sudesh Mahto also reached the spot as soon as the information about this incident came. He termed the incident of people getting buried due to the sinking of the soil of the well as very sad. Reaching the spot immediately, speeding up the relief work and also gave many necessary guidelines regarding the rescue work.
One dead, five injured due to lightning in Tamar
On the other hand, Somarika Kumari (16 years) died due to lightning strike in the field near Sarjamdih Jego turn of Tamar police station area. While five other women were injured. The thunderclap is said to have happened around 3 pm. It is told that Somarika Kumari had gone to do paddy plantation with her sister and other women of the locality. Everyone was planting paddy in a field. It rained heavily, due to which Somarika Kumari, Shweta Kumari, Aanchal Kumari, Pramila Kumari, Sita Kumari, Anjali Devi came. The villagers started treating the injured at their own level. But seeing Somarika’s condition was not good, she was taken to Tamar Hospital for treatment. Where the doctors declared him dead. The police took the dead body in their custody and brought it to the police station. The dead body will be sent to RIMS Ranchi for postmortem on Friday morning.
Two killed, five injured in Khunti
Here, two people died and five were injured due to lightning in different police station areas of Khunti district. According to the information, Sau Herange (45) of the village died after being hit by lightning in Chounpur village of Kudlum Panchayat under Karra police station area. Sau Herenj alias Sau Munda had gone to Dahu Tangra near the village to graze the cattle. Meanwhile, there was an incident of thunder with rain in the afternoon. Due to which he died on the spot. The villagers informed the villagers about the incident. After which the family reached Tangra and brought the dead body home. On getting the information, Chief Sandeep Herenj and the police reached the spot. Police sent the dead body to Sadar Hospital for postmortem. The deceased has left behind his wife Jayanti Munda and four children.
