Ranchi: State President of BJP Babulal Marandi On Tuesday, he along with State General Secretary Balmukund Sahay reached Raj Bhavan to meet Governor CP Radhakrishnan. After the meeting, Babulal Marandi, while talking to the media, said that he had corresponded on this issue even before the departure of Governor CP Radhakrishnan. Just met the Governor again and congratulated him for the New Year and discussed the political turmoil in Jharkhand. Babulal Marandi said that Hemant Soren wants to make his wife Kalpana Soren the Chief Minister by holding re-elections in Gandey Assembly. Regarding this, CM Hemant Soren hurriedly got the Gandey seat vacated. Here, JMM has also recommended the Election Commission to hold elections, but this is not possible. Babulal Marandi said that Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren is following the path of former Bihar CM and RJD supremo Lalu Yadav.
Election is not possible on Gandeya seat
Jharkhand’s first CM and BJP state president Babulal Marandi said that at present elections are not possible on Gandey seat because less than 1 year’s tenure is left. It has also become clear from the order of the Supreme Court that re-election cannot be held in less than a year. He has met the Governor today to focus on this issue. Since there are only two situations in which an MLA leaves the seat, either due to a dispute with the party or due to health reasons, but Dr. Sarfaraz Ahmed has left the Gandey assembly seat at the behest of the party. CM Hemant Soren on the path of Lalu Yadav
