During the holy season of Advent, Christians glorify Lord Jesus with carol songs. In carol songs the joy of the birth of Lord Jesus and His arrival among the people is shared. To spread the message of welcoming Jesus Christ in melodious sound, artists are busy giving the message in bands and groups. The team that sings the Christmas carol group starts preparing for several months. All the teams will perform in the Christmas carnival, Christmas gathering, prayer service and get-together to be held in the city.
Lord Jesus will be glorified through carol songs
Carol songs like Prophecy hua…, The First Noel…, Aaj Ek Balak…, Aaye Hain Yaad Dilane have started being heard since the advent of Christmas. Apart from the church, youth groups are singing carols from door to door. The musical band also stays at many places along with the group. They go from door to door giving the happiness and message of the birth of Lord Jesus.
JCYA Carroll team active since 2016
The group of Jharkhand Christian Youth Association has been presenting carols from place to place since 2016. In these, Akash Panna plays guitar. Whereas Vikas, Sameer, Mahima, Alvind, Sandeep, Kuldeep sing carols. Sandeep says: On Christmas, carols are being sung at 15-20 places like Bishop House, Media House and other places. Amazing Youth Group
Amazing Life Church is an amazing youth group of Bahubazar, which has been giving carols and musical performances on Christmas for the last 15 years. Church Pastor Finny Samuel said that there are five to seven people in this group, who sing carols at various places through the church. This Christmas, we will share happiness with carols at various places in Muri, Namkum, Gumla and Ranchi.

Dr. Rakesh Paul, director of the center and co-ordinator of the band, said that the band was started by Lenny Paul of Brazil. A team of 11 people will sing carols on Christmas in Ranchi and other cities including Simdega, Deoghar, Giridih, Latehar. There is a program at YMCA on 15th December. This team includes Hemant Chhetri, Neeraj, LN, Kuldeep, Lenny Paul, Prema Tirkey, Shabnam, Tribble, Manisha etc., who will sing carols with guitar, rhythm, bass, drums.
NWGail Church
Under this is Shalimar Mandali Group. There are 50 people in this group. people home apart from church
-Go home and sing carols. Troupe President Prem Tirkey said that this group has been going door-to-door singing songs and messages of the birth of Jesus for more than 30 years. This time he is going door to door from December 3. The entire team of the music band also stays together while singing carols in the group.
Apostle Creed Music Band Group
This musical band group also composes and records songs related to Christmas. These days, six members are performing together in the Gathering. Francis Khalkho of the group said that Vivek, Ellen, Ashwini, Rocky and Pallavi are in the group. This group was formed in 2017, but has been performing at Christmas and other events since 2019. Presently, performances have to be given at Kanke, Hotwar, Jamshedpur and other places.
Existence Music Band
This band is a group of five people. It stars Norman Champi, Alok Peter Lakra, Abhishek Tirkey, Avinash Tirkey, Savio Tirkey. He plays drums, guitar and other musical instruments. Norman says: Our group has been around since 2012. On the occasion of Christmas, big and small go to every gathering function on invitation. Our group will participate in the gathering in Khunti on 16th December.
