Jharkhand: Chief Minister Hemant Soren will address a public meeting in Barhet on 24th November.

Chief Minister cum Barhet MLA Hemant Soren will reach Sahibganj on 24th on his one-day visit. CM will launch the third phase of ‘Aapki Yojana, Aapki Sarkar, Aapke Dwar’ campaign from Bhognadih. During this time, he will participate in district level camps in all 24 districts one by one. This campaign will conclude in a camp organized in Ranchi on 29th December. During this time, the CM has also directed to set up camps in all the panchayats and blocks, in which the execution of various schemes including forest lease, pension, mutation, ration card etc. will be done on the spot in the camp itself. On the same day, on 24th, he will address the public at Gopaladih Football Ground in Barhet and will also inaugurate, lay the foundation stone of schemes worth crores and distribute assets. The above information was given by JMM Block President Rajaram Marandi. The district administration has started preparations for the arrival of CM at Gopaladih football ground. A grand pandal is being made.

MLA met the relatives of the deceased, provided financial help

MLA Dr. Irfan Ansari reached the spot on Monday after the death of his donor and granddaughter due to being hit by a herd of elephants in Narayanpur’s Bankhonjo village. On the spot, Jamtara MLA explained to the people and said that they should not go near the elephant even by mistake nor take photos or selfies. I am monitoring the entire incident. On the occasion, the MLA also reprimanded the Forest Department official. Said that the department should have reached here earlier. Said that the herd of elephants should be driven away from here as soon as possible, so that our people can breathe easy. The MLA spoke to the Chief Secretary and asked for immediate compensation to the victim’s family. Instructed to give Rs 4.5-4.5 lakh to both the people without any delay. The MLA gave Rs 25-25 thousand to both the families on the spot. The body was sent for post-mortem.
