Two day national conference will start from today in SKMU
Dumka : A two-day national conference is starting from Saturday at Sido-Kanhu Murmu University. This conference is being organized on the topic of education and employability. The process of reaching Dumka with well-known educationists from different parts of the country along with people from the army and industry continues to participate in this conference. The program will be held on Saturday morning at 10 am in the conference hall of the university. The inaugural session will be presided over by the Vice-Chancellor-in-charge of the University, Prof. Dr. Bimal Prasad and the chief guest of this session will be Prof. (Dr.) Sanjeev Kumar Sharma, General Secretary of the Indian Political Science Association and former Vice-Chancellor of Mahatma Gandhi Central University, Motihari. Former Vice Chancellor of Jai Prakash University, Chapra, Harikesh Singh, Shayantani Banerjee of Amity University, Ranchi and General Manager Surajjit Das will be present as special guests in this session. Apart from the inauguration ceremony, a total of two technical sessions will be convened, the first session will run from 11:45 to 1:30, while the second session will start from 2:30 to 4:00. Let it be known that more than 150 researchers will participate in this conference. Coordinator of this conference, Dr. Jayendra Yadav said that all the necessary preparations have been completed by the organizing committee and till now about 150 researchers have registered. However, those researchers who have not yet registered online can register at the conference venue from 8 am onwards.
