Ranchi District Bar Association elections today
Ranchi District Bar Association (RDBA) elections are on 20th January. In this, 41 candidates are in the fray for the nine seats of seven officers and executive members. 2163 voters will decide the fate of 41 candidates in the elections. All preparations for the elections have been made. In this regard, election officer Ajay Kumar Tiwari said that 70 counters have been made at two polling booths for the elections. There will be 35-35 counters at both the booths. Voting will be done through Alpha Voting System. People from A to M will vote at the counter of polling booth number one and N to Z will vote at the counter of booth number two. Voting will take place from 10:30 am to 5 pm. Action will be taken against the candidates if they keep any kind of pamphlets etc. around the polling booth and try to woo them in any way. Counting of votes of seven officials will be done on January 21. Counting will start from 11 am.
