Suspicious death of newly married woman in Rajdhanwar, police took away the body without informing her parents.
A newly married woman died suspiciously in Bandetand of Rajdhanwar police station area of Giridih. On receiving information about the incident, the police reached the spot and took away the body without informing the parents. After which there is anger among the parents. Hundreds of villagers are demanding to bring back the dead bodies. The family members are alleging murder.
Road accident in Giridih, two youth died
Two youths died in a road accident in Giridih. The incident took place near GT Road Gaida of Bagodar police station area. The accident happened due to the bike’s balance deteriorating. After the accident, former MLA Nagendra Kumar Mahato reached the spot. Bagodar police station also reached the spot.
Looting near Nawadih in a bus coming from Kolkata to Ranchi.
An incident of robbery took place in a bus coming from Kolkata near Nawadih of Dasham Fall police station area of Ranchi. The incident was carried out by 6 criminals. On the strength of weapons, they looted around Rs 30 lakh from the passengers traveling in the bus and ran away towards the forest.

Cylinder blast while filling gas in balloon at Gamhariya fair
Gamhariya. The cylinder exploded while filling gas in a balloon at Ghodababa temple located in Gamhariya under Adityapur police station on Adityapur-Kandra main road. The incident happened on Tuesday. In which the balloon seller was seriously injured. A puja-cum-fair was organized in the Ghodababa temple, after the incident there was chaos in the fair for some time. Seeing the situation worsening, other balloon sellers took him to the hospital. After getting information about the incident, the police also reached the spot, but by then all the gas balloon sellers including the injured had fled from the fair.

Businessman kidnapped from East Burdwan of Bengal recovered from Pakur of Jharkhand
Burdwan/Panagarh. A beedi trader was kidnapped from Memari in East Burdwan district of West Bengal. Investigating the case, the police recovered the kidnapped businessman from Pakur, Jharkhand in just 24 hours. Along with the arrest of three kidnappers involved in this incident, the police has also seized the kidnapper’s vehicle. The arrested criminals have been brought to East Burdwan district.
Verification of certificates of 642 candidates of PGT Exam-2023 from today
Ranchi. Verification of certificates of Geography and Biology candidates of Post Graduate Trained Teacher (PGT) Combined Competitive Examination-2023 will start from January 16. The verification work will continue till January 19. On behalf of JSSC, 278 candidates of Geography subject and 364 candidates of Biology subject have been called for verification with all the desired certificates. The verification work will be done in the Commission’s office in two shifts. The concerned candidates have been asked to reach the testing venue exactly one hour before the commencement of the testing.
