Khadi fair concludes today, Governor will be the chief guest
The National Khadi and Saras Mahotsav organized at Ranchi Morhabadi ground will conclude on Friday. The chief guest will be Governor CP Radhakrishnan. Here on Thursday also a crowd gathered in the fair premises. Labor Minister Satyanand Bhokta also visited the fair, during which local artists presented cultural programs. Rakhal Chandra Besra, Chief Executive Officer of Jharkhand State Khadi Village Industries Board, said that the invitation letter for the inauguration was on the theme of Seraikela silk. The invitation letter for the closing ceremony has a glimpse of the cotton cloth being prepared at the Khadi Board center in Hariharganj, Palamu. Its objective is to encourage people associated at the local level and to provide better markets.
