Fresh petition filed regarding Baba Bageshwar’s program in Palamu, hearing in High Court today

A fresh petition has been filed in the Jharkhand High Court on behalf of the applicant challenging the order of the Deputy Commissioner regarding the proposed program of Baba Bageshwar Dham Government Pandit Dhirendra Krishna Shastri in Palamu. The applicant has also requested to give instructions to the government to provide law and order, fire safety, traffic and medical facilities during the program. The date of hearing on the fresh petition has been fixed for January 19. In the petition on behalf of the applicant Hanumant Katha Samiti’s convenor, former mayor of Medininagar Aruna Shankar and secretary Dinanath Prasad, it has been said that the Deputy Commissioner of Palamu had not given permission for the event on January 10, fearing that law and order problems would arise, whereas The program is to be organized on Raiati land in Ornar village of Chainpur block. Gram Sabha has also given its permission. The committee will itself make arrangements for electricity and water. On the other hand, former mayor Aruna Shankar, the coordinator of the program, has said that she has full faith in the court. Devotees of Baba Bageshwar Dham are waiting for the government program. It is expected that Baba Bageshwar Dham Government Pandit Dhirendra Krishna Shastri will soon visit the land of Jharkhand for the first time. It is noteworthy that Baba Bageshwar’s program is proposed from 10 February to 15 February in Ornar village of Palamu.
